Love your Body: A Half-Day Retreat for Women/ Rebecca Sacks

When was the last time your deeply nourished yourself?

Working with the sacred container of the divine feminine, you will be guided through a deep soul dive to explore, listen and connect to your body. 

Using nourishing foods, mantras, tapping and essential oils, you will develop a gentle approach to cultivating new habits for healthy eating and wellness that is fostered by an awareness of the unconscious patterns and beliefs that are causing imbalance. 

We will provide fresh handcrafted juice, nourishing snacks (with recipes) and every participant will receive their own 15 ounce unique therapeutic blend of essential oils.

Rebecca Sacks is a shamanic practitioner with a Master’s in counseling and a passion for transformation and growth. Rebecca believes that we hold our stories in our body, and that every person has access to the sacred, to heal through creating a safe-loving witness.

Mitten Lowe is a Wellness Guide helping to nourish others through food, essential oils,  homeopathy, emotional clearing and intuitive healing. Mitten brings a unique balance of nutrition science and expertise and the wisdom and compassion of the divine feminine.
