What is Mindful Grieving

This special evening is an opportunity to open your heart and engage in a conscious conversation and panel discussion with past GSN Yoga Therapy Participants on healthy, mindful grieving and how each of us can play a role in transforming the culture of grief. Together, we will explore our personal and collective stories of loss and learn new tools for bringing mindfulness into the grieving process through yoga, meditation, connection and a greater understanding of how our emotions are held in our bodies. This evening will offer you a taste of GSN’s Yoga Therapy Programs and provide inspiration and a framework for what it means to grieve in community and how grief can serve as a catalyst for personal growth and transformation.
