Evolutionary Embodiment Workshop: 4-6:30pm
WHAT TO EXPECT:
The Evolutionary Embodiment Workshop will explore how we can deepen into dance as a spiritual practice through which we can express our embodied experiences and emotions and access our higher life purpose. Participants will walk away with a greater sense of clarity, inner sense of self and alignment, and expansion into dance as an evolutionary process. The 4pm workshop will include aspects of breathwork, Qi Gong, DANCEmandala movement meditation, and other joyful body-based explorations. This will lay the foundation for the full length evening DANCEmandala practice. DANCEmandala is a free form movement stillness meditation. With carefully curated music, gentle verbal facilitation, and your intuitive body as guides, journey inward through the embodied layers of your spirit.
Co-facilitated by Lauren and Ambikha:
Lauren Pass Erickson is a certified DANCEmandala facilitator, and graduate student of dance/movement therapy at Naropa University. She is a registered psychotherapists who currently leads movement meditations and women's groups in Boulder.
