Join us for a healing and transformational morning with Chakra Yoga and Shamanic Breathwork on Sunday, April 28th.
Weaving dynamic and static Hatha Yoga poses together, we will prepare for a deeper experience of breath by opening the energy centers of the body. After this nourishing and awakening yoga experience, we will move into a healing and transformational Shamanic Breathwork Journey.
Shamanic Breathwork is a transformative conscious connected breathing technique for the purpose of rebalancing the body and the mind. It is a sacred process that awakens our Shaman within, our inner Healer. Within each of us resides an inner healer who knows exactly what our soul needs to do in order to heal and transform.
During this transformational afternoon, we will use yoga, the breath, sound, movement and integration process to release stuck energy, old traumas, conditioning and negative patterns out of the cellular body which will create a sense of expansion, harmony & inspiration.

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATORS
Eva Nelson is a Healer and Shamanic Breathwork® Facilitator. She pulls from her life experience, abilities as a natural healer and extensive professional training to provide transformational healing support and services. Her work is geared toward cultivating authenticity, finding your truth, embodying your purpose, loving yourself and living the life that you want to live. She does this by supporting the whole person in feeling safe and empowered to do the deep work of recovering self, stepping into your power and healing your life.
Cynde Denson is a 500 hour certified Yoga Instructor with 25+ years’ experience teaching groups and private individuals.. Throughout her extensive years of practice, Cynde has complemented her Kripalu Yoga training with studies in Anusara, Iyengar, Ashtanga, Kundalini and Vinyasa style yoga. Her teaching practice integrates a blend of these Hatha Yoga traditions infused with mindfulness. She believes that Yoga and mindfulness can be practiced by “every body”, regardless of physical ability, age or gender. She is passionate about the power of these practices to transform the overall quality of our physical, mental and spiritual well-being.
